Biography

I am a researcher specialising in human/non-human animal relations, ethical consumption, environmental governance, and veganism. My academic background includes a BA in Religious Studies and Politics, followed by an MSc in Environment and Development at Cardiff University. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD exploring the question: "Is the national Healthcare system able to support vegan mothers in the UK? The hurdles of maintaining a vegan diet during pregnancy and while raising a baby on a vegan diet."

I have experience in qualitative research methods such as semi-structured interviews which I have used to examine the social, political, and institutional dimensions of veganism.
