Overview

I am a postgraduate researcher studying diffusion magnetic resonance imaging at ultra-low magnetic field strengths. I specialise in instrument characterisation and fieldmapping, diffusion pre- and post-processing, reconstruction, computational methods, data standards and MRI sequences and artifacts.

My recent work concerns implementation of a diffusion imaging based tractography protocol for the Hyperfine Swoop 64mT ultra-low field MRI scanner, as well as the necessary contraints, corrections and optimisations required for a feasible protocol.

My prior work has concerned high efficiency computational optimisation of simulated microstructure, and data standardisation efforts in diffusion imaging.

I was previously deputy module organiser for PX3143 Computational Physics, and otherwise have assisted as a teaching assistant.
