I am interested in cultural management and cross-cultural studies. In particular, I look at the relationship between national culture and organisational culture in multinational enterprises and the combined effect of the two cultures on employees' behaviour.
With a background in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, I am also engaged in the studies of international management and personnel development.
I currently hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Asia Pacific University, Japan, GPA 3.9), a master degree in Human Resource Management (Loughborough University, Distinction) and a master degree in Social Science Research Methods (Cardiff University, Merit).
