Current work:

A more thorough understanding of the patient’s experience of healthcare is made possible by Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs), which can be embedded in routine care. Additionally, PROMs and PREMs offer a patient-centric healthcare perspective.
