I am a multi-disciplinary, mixed-methods researcher, evaluating the safety of the delivery of eye care in Wales. I am researching patient safety in primary eye care with a focus on patient safety incidents and incident reporting.

My research topics include patient safety and patient safety incidents, with current projects focusing on incident reporting and the experiences of eye care practitioners in relation to patient safety incidents.
