Overview

I'm a PhD researcher in Marketing Strategy at Cardiff Business School. My work explores how firms use strategic language to build narratives that shape investor expectations, particularly during the IPO process. Toward this, I adopt a mixed-methods approach that blends computational and statistical techniques. In my first year, I was selected for the Doctoral Seminar in Marketing Strategy (Aug–Nov 2025) hosted by the Marketing Science Institute, where global faculty lead in-depth discussions on theory and method in marketing. I was also the Student Rep for my cohort for the year 2024-25, and am a member of the organizing committee of the CARBS M&S Doctoral Research Camp (2025).

Before joining Cardiff, I was a pre-doctoral researcher at the Indian School of Business, working with the Centre for Business Innovation. There, I focused on digital transformation and strategy, exploring how marketing is evolving in the era of new-age technologies like AI and platform-based ecosystems.
