Overview
Following many years working in local and national goverment in Wales, I am now exploring the ontology of leadership and its role in the governance of sustainable development and climate change from a gendered perspective. My research aims to develop an innovative theoretical and empirical framework for effective leadership for SD/CC governance, drawing on ideas from place-based governance, organisational and feminist scholarship.
