Overview
I am a research assistant working in the Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Research Facility (MSKBRF) working on a project to understand knee biomechanics using our unique High-Speed Dynamic X-ray system, with a focus on osteoarthritis and subsequent total knee replacements - including unstable replacements.
I am currently finishing my PhD where I have used biplane videoradiography to investigate knee joint movement, creating musculoskeletal models and finite element models to better understand human movement and joint loading.
