Overview
Stavros is a Lecturer in International Relations at the School of Law and Politics. Previously, he was a Research Fellow at the Sustainability Research Institute (SRI) at the University of Leeds. From 2016 to 2018, Stavros was a Teaching Fellow in Environmental Politics at Keele University. His doctoral research examined the role played by the European Union in international climate change negotiations. His research interests currently focus on environmental politics and in particular, international climate change negotiations and global biofuel policies. Since November 2023, he is co-director of the Centre for Environmental Law and Policy (CELP), located at the School of Law and Politics, Cardiff University.
