Dr Helmuts Azacis
Reader in Economics
- Available for postgraduate supervision
Overview
My areas of research are Mechanism Design, Auction Theory, Industrial Organization, and Public Economics. Recently, I have been studying what objectives a social designer can repeatedly implement when agents possess more information than the designer and they try strategically to benefit from it.
Since October 2021, I am an associate editor of International Journal of Economic Theory. I am also a member of the Topical Advisory Panel in Games.
