Overview

I am an urban geographer whose expertise has centred on geographies of forced eviction, housing, infrastructure, security, consent and enforcement. I have an interdisciplinary background across the social sciences and humanities, and experience of conducting research on eviction enforcement agencies in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. My own research draws on critical infrastructure theory, political economy, and materialist philosophies of consent to explore the reproduction of property relations.

I am currently a research associate working on a project led by Dr. Crispian Fuller (Reader in Human Geography, Cardiff University) and Prof. Mia Gray (Professor of Economic Geography, Cambridge University) on local government debt collection practices.
