Overview

I am a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the School of Healthcare Sciences, Cardiff University, and I lead the MSc Advanced Practice and MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programmes.

As a Registered Nurse (Adult Nursing), and I previously worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in pain management before moving into academia.

I teach on a variety of modules and programmes across undergraduate and postgraduate. Since moving into education, I have been dedicated to promoting pain management education within both undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.

Additionally, I have a keen interest in Advanced Clinical Practice and I am also the module lead for the PGT Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) portfolio dissertation, which sits across two master’s programmes.
