Overview
I am a postgraduate research student in medical engineering, currently undertaking a PhD project focussed on female athlete health and wellbeing.
My research area focuses on generating an improved understanding and awareness of the menstrual cycle and how it can impact female wellbeing and sporting performance. My interests are in female sport and increasing health and confidence through sporting participation and excellence.
My background is as a physiotherapist, where I developed an interest in contributing towards a better understanding of women's health through my experience in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy.
