Postgraduate researcher in management, employment and organization section of the business school. My research focus is on organizational culture with particular emphasis on changes in culture. I support tutoring in management, theory and evidence module for undergraduate student in the business school.

I am currently working on investigate the possible changes to organizational culture, due to the impact of the global pandemic Covid-19.
A huge part of organizational life which involves symbolic work, rituals and interaction in organizations have been disrupted due to efforts put in place to reduce the spread of the virus. Restrictions to work from home which largely means working online.
