Overview

I’m a dedicated higher education professional with extensive experience enhancing the student experience through strategic engagement, mobility support, data‑driven insight, and partnership working. I thrive in roles centred on supporting students, improving processes, and collaborating with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver high‑quality services.

My background spans global opportunities, student voice, education administration, and team leadership — all grounded in a passion for improving the journey of every student who studies at Cardiff University. I bring strengths in stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, project delivery, and service improvement.

I enjoy creating environments where students feel heard, supported, and empowered, and where processes work smoothly behind the scenes.

In my current role as the Global Opportunities Incoming Students Adviser, I support incoming Exchange and Study Abroad students and help deliver an excellent mobility experience from initial enquiry to arrival and study at Cardiff. This includes promoting Cardiff to partner universities, advising students and partners, coordinating core mobility processes, and leading induction activities.
