Overview
I am a Lecturer in Composite Materials interested in: manufacturing and machining of composites; developmentment and characterisation of structured nanocomposites; and structural health monitoring (SHM) of composite materials and structures. I work closely with industry and have collaborated with: Haydale Ltd, Airbus, Boeing, Messier-Buggatti-Dowty, Centre for Defence Enterprise, MoD and MBDA.
