Overview
Research Services Manager – Cardiff University – Cardiff Business School and the School of Law and Politics.
Andrew is the Research Services Manager for Cardiff Business School, leading the School’s research and postgraduate research (PGR) support team. He provides strategic and operational leadership across all areas of research administration, working closely with senior academic leaders to enhance research quality, impact, and engagement. His responsibilities include overseeing research governance, grant development, and management processes, as well as leading on REF-related activity within the School.
Andrew also manages the research support team for the School of Law and Politics and coordinates its Research Excellence Framework (REF) preparations. He is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive research culture across the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, ensuring that researchers and PGRs receive high-quality, proactive support throughout their research journey.
