Overview
I have over twenty years of practical and research experience in forensic and medical photography. At the School of Dentistry I provide support for dental photography and digital workflow.
My research interests include, alternative imaging modalities, such as Ultraviolet, Infrared, cross polarisation and 3D imaging in forensic photography. My work in 3D imaging and other image modalities has focused on investigating methodologies to reduce errors in forensic analysis from physical injuries, such as bruises.
I have produced national photographic guidelines on aspects of forensic and medical photography. Presentated at confrences and given workshops at many national and international conferences. I have published chapters in internationally recognised textbooks on forensic and medical photography.
