Overview

I have been at Cardiff University working as a Teacher in Adult Nursing since September 2022.

My clinical background is predominantly in Emergency Care, having started my nursing career working in a busy trauma centre on the South coast of England. I have experience working at a senior level delivering and coordinating care across minor injuries, majors and trauma.

I have worked in a clinical education capacity and hold a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. In addition, I have been awarded a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy and am a certified Immediate Life Support (ILS) instructor.

Before joining Cardiff University, I worked as a module and cohort leader for the BSc and PgDip nursing programmes at London South Bank University.
