Overview

My role encompasses both undergraduate and postgraduate activities within the School of Medicine. Working as a Senior Lecturer I am responsible for delivering the Masters in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair which continues to be held in regard both nationally and internationally. I also provide specialist advice on wound healing for the medical undergraduate MBBCh programme.

Current Projects

  • Proposed project with the European Wound Management Association to identify the current provision of Skin Health and Wound Management within the Pre-Registration Nursing Curriculum in the UK and Europe.
  • Proposed project with the European Wound Management Association to establish a syllabus for the provision of Postgraduate education in relation to acute and chronic wounds.
