Helen Langford

Overview

I joined Cardiff University in November 2019 as an occupational therapy lecturer. After completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy I worked for Cygnet Healthcare and specialised in female mental health. Since joining the team at Cardiff University I have received my fellowship from Advance HE and completed my MSc in occupation and health. My dissertation had a particular focus on teaching andragogy and student experience, something I'm very passionate about. 

I have been part of the programme management team for the BSc programme since September 2022, a role I take great pride in. Alongside this I have an active role in the planning, teaching and assessment process in numerous modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
