Biography

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Compound Semiconductors with 10+ years of experience conducting research in semiconductor optoelectronics devices in an academic environment. Currently I am conducting research into III-V semiconductors, specialising in the development of novel platforms for photonic integrated circuits. 
I have experience with a range of photoluminescence-based techniques used in materials characterisation, with the aim of developing suitable active layer materials for performance enhancement in photonics integration.
