Teams and roles for Sharon Magill
Research student
Senior Technical Demonstrator
Overview
I'm a PhD student (part-time) at Cardiff University's School of Journalism, Media and Culture researching Indigenous art and storytelling, and climate change in education.
As Senior Technical Demonstrator (part-time) I supervise the Technical Demonstrator team providing practical teaching and support for media production across the School. I am also module lead for Citizen Media: Digital Storytelling.
In addition to my research and employment at Cardiff University, I work as an artist with a focus on dialogical exchange between artist and nature. With an increasing concern with the environment and climate change, I seek a balanced and respectful relationship with nature through working with and in the natural environment.
