Mrs Helen Marsden
I am the HR Administrator for the School of Social Sciences, the main areas of my role are co-ordinating probation and Performance Development Reviews, administering all the recruitment, updating sickness, annual leave, maintaining up to date information on staff contracts, attending AHSS college and University HR network meetings.
I have been employed in the school since February 2000 and have worked in a few areas over the years from Clerical Officer to Finance Assistant to Directors Secretary and now HR Administrator. These roles have improved my knowledge and understanding of School and University processes, hence it has been said that if anyone knows the answer to a question then go and ask Helen!!!
