Overview

I lead Public Involvement at the Wolfson Centre for Young People’s Mental Health, where I manage and facilitate meaningful engagement between researchers and young people. My work focuses on integrating youth voices into mental health research through our Youth Advisory groups, ensuring their lived experiences inform and shape study design, delivery, and dissemination. Via participatory approaches and stakeholder collaboration, I’m committed to building inclusive, safe spaces where young people can contribute confidently and effectively. I advocate for involvement that goes beyond consultation — aiming for genuine co-production and long-term impact in mental health research and policy.
