Overview
I have completed my postgraduate studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (India) with specialization in Organic chemistry. Later, I moved to University of Delhi to pursue my Ph. D. under supervision of Prof. Akhilesh Verma research group which is dedicated in development of synthetic methodology and target Synthesis of biological relevant heterocyclic compounds. I have been awarded my Ph. D. in October 2019 and continued work in the group as Research Associate till March 2021. During my Ph.D. and postgraduate studies, I have gained a strong experience in the field of synthetic organic chemistry, characterization and mechanistic investigation. My expertise is in the area of multistep organic synthesis, alkyne annulation, C-H activation. I am working as Research Associate in MT group.
