Overview
I am Professor of Employment Relations at Cardiff Business School. My research involves a number of international and UK projects with a focus on employment regulation and workplace conflict resolution. I have undertaken research projects for the Living Wage Foundation, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service and the Labour Relations Agency. In 2019 I was a visiting fellow at the industrial and labor relations school at Cornell University. My published work includes articles in the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations Review and Industrial Relations Journal .
