Overview
I am a human geographer working at the intersection of political and economic geography, sustainable development, and critical theory, with a focus on the political economy of land and landscape and geographies of crisis, socio-spatial conflict, and dispossession. I am particularly interested in spatial governance and state power, processes of gentrification, territorial stigmatisation, and displacement, as well as broader dynamics of uneven urban and regional development. I hold a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Edinburgh (2020) and a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (2021).
