Overview

As Lab Tech Team Leader + Logistics – I oversee laboratory technician operations and lead the tech team to ensure MDI labs and equipment are fully supported for all operations. This includes safety compliance, problem solving and troubleshooting. I am also involved in procurement, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting within the MDI, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. I've worked for Cardiff University for 23 years in Professional Services, always within the School of Biosciences.
