Overview
I am a Lecturer (T&S) here at the School of Optometry & Vision Sciences.
I currently lead the OP3103 Binocular Vision & Special Needs module, as well as contributing to other modules. I also work in the Special Assessment clinic, where we provide eye tests to children and adults who have communication differences.
I am also a Personal Tutor.

This year I am the Module Leader for the Binocular Vision & Special Needs, which is a third year module.
I am also contributing to modules in Year 0, 1 & 2.
Previous Experience
I have previously been Clinical Leader for The Normal Eye & Visual Pathway and Module Leader for Abnormal Ocular Conditions in 2023/4.
Biography
I graduated from Cardiff University in 2011 and completed the Scheme for Registration in 2012 while working at a High Street optometry practice. After working full-time in community optometry, I transitioned to an academic role, joining the University in January 2023.
