Tommaso's studies mainly focus on the analysis of virtuous behaviour and prosocial preferences - both at the individual and organisational/community level - as well as their interactions with economic and psychological incentives (cooperation, trust, giving, compliance, voluntarism, public goods, social capital).
He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Bologna, and I held research positions at Toulouse School of Economics, University of Cologne.
He is currently research fellow at IZA-Bonn and research associate at Masaryk University-MUEEL lab.
