Thesis

Research

I am interested in the interaction between law and religion, particularly in the contexts of human rights, safeguarding and securitisation. More widely, I research in the field of Law and the humanities. My PhD, entitled 'A Critical Legal Study of the Prevent Duty: The Religious Dimension', explored the religious dimension of the Prevent Duty and falls into two parts. These look at the impact of highlighting the Prevent Duty on the study of Law and Religion and on faith communities respectively.
