Overview
Clinical
I am a registered practicing optometrist and dispensing optician, with previous experience in a hospital environment currently working for a larger employer with multiple nationwide practices. I specialise in paediatric optometry and contact lenses.
Teaching
I teach and support postgraduate students advanced clinical skills to attain higher professional qualifications in the field of Paediatric Optometry
Research
My research interests include methods to image and represent the anterior eye surface, how this can be changed by disease, injury, surgery and interactions with contact lenses. In addition, how functional vision affects quality of life outcomes, including mobility and confidence with daily tasks.
