Overview
I am a Ph.D. candidate at Cardiff Business School in the Accounting and Finance section. I started my Ph.D. program in October 2020. I also hold an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sheffield and a BSc in Accounting from Huazhong Agricultural University, China.
Research
My research interests lie in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); Executive Compensation; Peer Effects; Corporate Governance; Board structure and networks.
