Overview
My research focuses on the role of sleep in memory consolidation. Utilizing advanced neuroimaging techniques such as EEG, MEG, and MRI, I investigate the effects of Targeted Memory Reactivation (TMR) during sleep. By analyzing brain activity patterns and underlying neural mechanisms, my goal is to uncover how sleep enhances memory consolidation and cognitive performance. I am committed to advancing our understanding of how optimizing sleep can improve mental health and cognitive function.
