Overview
Sezer Yasar is a Lecturer in Economics at Cardiff Business School. His main research interests are in political economy, public economics, and macroeconomics. Specifically, he investigates the effects of institutions on economic policies and how these institutions are formed using microeconometric and game theoretical tools. His research includes topics such as economic policy responses to COVID-19, budget flexibility, and international tax compeition.
