Cymhwysais fel seicolegydd clinigol o Goleg Prifysgol Llundain (2008) a chwblhau diploma ôl-raddedig mewn therapi ymddygiad gwybyddol (CBT) yn y Sefydliad Seiciatreg (2010). Rwyf wedi gweithio mewn amryw o wasanaethau iechyd meddwl, gan gynnwys Gwella Mynediad at Therapïau Seicolegol (IAPT)/NHS Talking Therapies a gwasanaethau gofal eilaidd yn Llundain a Bryste. Yn fwy diweddar, gweithiais i raglen DClinPsych a'r Ganolfan Triniaethau Seicolegol Arbenigol o Bryder a Phroblemau Cysylltiedig ym Mhrifysgol Caerfaddon cyn ymuno â rhaglen DClinPsych De Cymru ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd a Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r Fro yn 2021. Deuthum yn Gyfarwyddwr Rhaglen ar gyfer y rhaglen MSc Cyswllt Clinigol mewn Seicolegydd Cymhwysol ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd yn 2023.
Fy mhrif ddiddordeb ymchwil clinigol yw Anhwylder Hoarding, sy'n cynnwys deall y rhyng-berthynas rhwng yr hunan, eraill a gwrthrychau ac, yn ogystal, dysgu am brofiadau pobl o gael gafael ar gymorth a derbyn cymorth ar gyfer anawsterau palcio. Mae gen i ddiddordeb hefyd mewn cof hunangofiannol, yn arbennig, atgofion a delweddau ymwthiol.
