Mae fy rolau'n cynnwys arwain ar Ecwiti, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant ar draws y rhaglen, datblygu'r cwricwlwm, cefnogi hyfforddeion, cyflwyno traethodau ymchwil addysgu a goruchwylio doethurol.
Rwyf wedi gweithio fel Seicolegydd Clinigol yn y GIG ers 2010, yn bennaf gyda phlant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd. Mae gen i ddiddordeb arbennig mewn ymlyniad a thrawma, a phenderfynyddion cymdeithasol iechyd meddwl, gan gynnwys effaith profiadau niweidiol yn ystod plentyndod, amgylcheddau cymunedol anffafriol, gwahaniaethu ac ymyleiddio. Yn ystod y blynyddoedd diwethaf, rwyf wedi canolbwyntio ar ddarparu goruchwyliaeth, hyfforddiant ac ymgynghori i grwpiau amlbroffesiynol sy'n gweithio gyda phlant a theuluoedd yn y gymuned.
