Fy mhrif faes o ganolfannau gwaith o ddatblygu a chysylltedd adnoddau ac ymchwilwyr cyfrifiannu Bioinformatic. Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n darparu cyngor ac arweiniad i Barc Geneteg Cymru ar gyfer eu trawsnewidiad digidol.
Rwy'n hapus i gydweithio ar feysydd Biowybodeg gan gynnwys RNASeq a dadansoddi genynnau gwahaniaethol, dadansoddi SNP ac ymchwil ar sail E-DNA.
Rwyf wedi gweithio ar amrywiaeth eang o bynciau ymchwil gan gynnwys dadansoddiad E-DNA o samplau dŵr o Affrica i gylch yr Arctig, monitro amgylcheddol, modelau ailadroddus o'r ysgyfaint a hyd yn oed datblygu cyfleuster argraffu 3D i'w ddefnyddio mewn ymchwil ac addysg.
