I  am a PhD student in the Division of Population Medicine in Cardiff University's School of Medicine.  My research interests include co-production, shared decision making, and person centred care; as well as qualitative research, with an emphasis on realist methods.  I am passionate about the inclusion of under-served populations in the design, conduct, and recruitment to health research projects.

I am a member of the Collaborative Health research group.

My background is in health research delivery (including Research Network management, Trial and Data Management for a UK-wide multi-site project; and the local delivery and facilitation of research projects across primary, secondary, and community care research projects, across South and West Wales).  I have worked closely with the Research Design and Conduct Service (SWW), other Wales-wide Research Network Co-ordinators, and conducting site monitoring on behalf of an NHS R&D Health Board.  I have experience in designing, creating, and managing an expertise-by-experience research partner (PPIE) group; designing and running interactive public engagement micro-events, and running multiple simultaneous social media accounts on behalf of the research teams I am running and/or supporting.
