Yn ddiweddar mae gennym ddiddordeb mewn datblygu asiantau delweddu newydd fel offer ymchwil ar gyfer mewnblaniadau bôn-gelloedd gan ddarparu'r gallu i ddelweddu, monitro ac olrhain tynged y celloedd trawsblannu'n uniongyrchol yn vivo.
Yn ystod yr ymchwil hon, bydd dyluniad, synthesis ac ymchwiliad i briodweddau ystod o ligands newydd yn cael eu gwneud, gydag eiddo fel sefydlogrwydd gwell, adweithedd bio-orthogonaidd ac eiddo electrogemegol / ffotoffisegol o ddiddordeb.

Yn ddiweddar mae gennym ddiddordeb mewn datblygu asiantau delweddu newydd fel offer ymchwil ar gyfer mewnblaniadau bôn-gelloedd. Mae'r defnydd o fôn-gelloedd ar gyfer therapïau cellog yn faes ymchwil sy'n dangos addewid gwych ar gyfer lliniaru ac o bosibl atgyweirio ystod o gyflyrau. Fodd bynnag, cyfyngiad mawr ar ymchwil mewn trawsblaniad yw'r anhawster i ddelweddu, monitro ac olrhain tynged y celloedd trawsblannu'n uniongyrchol yn vivo. Gwnaed rhywfaint o gynnydd i olrhain amrywiaeth o fathau o impiadau in vivo gan ddefnyddio PET. Mewn ymgais i ddatblygu cenhedlaeth newydd o asiantau PET y gellir eu defnyddio ar gyfer delweddu vivo o atgyweirio meinweoedd rydym wedi datblygu methodolegau i gydlynu a phuro cymhlethdodau isotopau metel hirhoedlog sy'n caniatáu delweddu dros gyfnodau hir, gan ddarparu offer ymchwil newydd yn y maes ymchwil hwn.
