Rwy'n Ddarlithydd mewn Rheolaeth, Cyflogaeth a Sefydliadau yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar rôl drawsnewidiol deallusrwydd artiffisial mewn gwaith ac addysg. Yn fy ngwaith, rwy'n ceisio archwilio cymdeithaseg dylunio technolegau gwybodaeth sy'n dod i'r amlwg ac yna hyrwyddo ymyriadau tuag at ymagwedd gyfrifol at drawsnewid digidol. Mae fy ngwaith hefyd yn pwysleisio ystyriaethau moesegol ac integreiddio cynaliadwy technolegau gwybodaeth sy'n dod i'r amlwg mewn amgylcheddau sefydliadol amrywiol, yn enwedig archwilio dylunio a dimensiynau moesegol rheoli algorithmig a thrawsnewid digidol cyfrifol. Rwy'n ymchwilio i sut mae AI cynhyrchiol yn ail-lunio arferion creu gwybodaeth, dysgu a sefydliadol o fewn addysg uwch a thu hwnt. Mae llinyn arall o fy ymchwil yn archwilio cyd-destunau sefydliadol ôl-drefedigaethol fel ufudd-dod yn y gweithle, cyfeiriadedd data, anghydraddoldebau mabwysiadu AI rhwng y Gogledd Byd-eang a'r De Byd-eang. Rwy'n defnyddio persbectif Theori Feirniadol i ddadansoddi deinameg pŵer, a strwythurau cymdeithasol sy'n crisialu dros amser ar fy holl ymchwil.
