Ymchwil
Yn ogystal â derbyn hyfforddiant sgiliau ymchwil ôl-raddedig (MSc Dulliau Ymchwil Ansoddol mewn Seicoleg) mae gen i brofiad o ymchwil sy'n archwilio gwahanol agweddau ar iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol yn y sectorau cynradd, uwchradd a gwirfoddol. Mae fy ngwaith wedi cynnwys cydweithio â sefydliadau addysgol, iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol, rheoleiddiol a llywodraethol allanol. Yn fy swydd cyn PhD fel Cydymaith Ymchwil yn Uned Caerdydd ar gyfer Ymchwil a Gwerthuso mewn Addysg Feddygol a Deintyddol (CUREMeDE) gweithiais ar astudiaethau ar addysg broffesiynol, datblygu'r gweithlu, a chymysgedd sgiliau mewn gwasanaethau gofal iechyd fel practisau deintyddol cyffredinol, fferyllfeydd cymunedol, ac optometreg.
Cwblheais PhD yn archwilio addysg iechyd y geg mewn practisau deintyddol cyffredinol yn Ne Cymru (graddiodd Gorffennaf 2022). Nod yr astudiaeth hon oedd archwilio sut mae addysg iechyd y geg yn cael ei deall a'i darparu o fewn dull ataliol a hybu iechyd sy'n annog hunanofal cleifion.
Rwyf wedi cydweithio â CUREMeDE ar gyfres o astudiaethau ar ran y Cyngor Deintyddol Cyffredinol. Yn fwyaf diweddar, astudiaeth o'r enw "Gwerthuso Datblygiad Proffesiynol Parhaus Gwell".

Rwy'n ymchwilydd gwasanaethau gofal iechyd gyda phrofiad o archwilio gwahanol agweddau ar iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol yn y sectorau cynradd, uwchradd a gwirfoddol. Rwyf wedi gweithio ar astudiaethau ar addysg broffesiynol, datblygu'r gweithlu, a chymysgedd sgiliau mewn amrywiol wasanaethau gofal iechyd gyda diddordeb arbennig yn y gwasanaeth deintyddol.
