Mae rolau blaenorol yn cynnwys rheolwr rhaglen MSc Ffisiotherapi (2020-2022); dirprwy reolwr rhaglen MSc Ffisiotherapi (2018-2020); Tiwtor Derbyn UG (2014-2018); Arweinyddiaeth Lefel 5 Mlynedd (2016-2018); Dirprwy Reolwr Rhaglen BSc (Anrh) Ffisiotherapi (2016-2018).
Rwy'n addysgu ar draws modiwlau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig ac yn darparu addysg i fyfyrwyr cartref a rhyngwladol, yn bennaf ym meysydd pwnc gofal cardioanadlol ac ymarfer proffesiynol. Rwyf wedi goruchwylio nifer o brosiectau ymchwil israddedig ac ôl-raddedig mewn dulliau adolygu empirig, systematig a phrosiectau yn y gwaith.
Derbyniais SFHEA yn 2023; FHEA yn 2015 a chwblhaodd PgCUTL yn 2017. Rwyf hefyd wedi mentora ac asesu myfyrwyr sy'n ymgymryd â'u TAR o fewn HCARE ac rwyf wedi bod yn fentor i staff ar Raglen Cymrodoriaethau Addysg Prifysgol Caerdydd ers 2022.

Ymchwil
Dyfarnwyd Cymrodoriaeth Ymchwil Cyntaf i Ymchwil CBSRh o 2022-2023, i archwilio'r profiadau o gymryd rhan mewn rhaglenni cyn-sefydlogi ymhlith pobl sy'n byw gyda chanser a thu hwnt.
Mae fy ngwaith ysgolheigaidd yn canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar arfer gorau i baratoi myfyrwyr i bontio i'r gweithlu cofrestredig; datblygu'r rôl ffisiotherapi mewn gofal cardioanadlol a chyflogadwyedd.
Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n goruchwylio ystod o brosiectau ymchwil UG a PGT o amgylch y meysydd pwnc ymchwil hyn.
Addysgu
Rwy'n addysgwr profiadol ac yn Uwch Gymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch. Derbyniais gymhwyster PgCUTL yn 2017 hefyd. Rwy'n addysgu ac yn asesu ar draws ystod o fodiwlau a rhaglenni ar lefelau israddedig ac ôl-raddedig, a hefyd yn goruchwylio prosiectau ymchwil UG a PGT.
Mae gen i brofiad rheoli rhaglenni ac arweinyddiaeth yn UG a PGT.
Mae fy mhynciau addysgu yn cyd-fynd yn agos â'm gweithgareddau ysgolheictod ac ymgysylltu sy'n canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu'r rôl ffisiotherapi mewn gofal cardioanadlol; parodrwydd myfyrwyr i drosglwyddo o fyfyrwyr i ffisiotherapydd cofrestredig, a chyflogadwyedd.
Rwyf wedi cofleidio addysg sy'n seiliedig ar efelychiad i gefnogi myfyrwyr i ddatblygu eu cymhwysedd a'u hyder wrth ddarparu gofal ffisiotherapi cardioanadlol. Ffocws penodol ar y gwaith hwn fu datblygu ymwybyddiaeth myfyrwyr o ôl-gymhwyso gweithio ar-alwad anadlol brys, ac rwyf wedi defnyddio amrywiaeth o dechnegau ac offer efelychu ar gyfer hyn. Mae hyn hefyd wedi cynnwys cydweithio ag Academi Dysgu ac Addysgu Prifysgol Caerdydd fel rhan o Brosiect Arddangos Ysbyty Rhithwir y Brifysgol.
Mae gen i brofiad fel Arholwr Allanol ar gyfer rhaglenni cyn-gofrestru israddedig ac MSc yn y DU.
