Derbyniodd Dr Bogusz (Aelod, IEEE) raddau MEng a PhD gan yr Ysgol Peirianneg ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd, Cymru, y DU, yn 2012 a 2022, yn y drefn honno. Mae'n gweithio fel Cydymaith Ymchwil yn y Ganolfan Peirianneg Amledd Uchel ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd. Yn ogystal, mae'n Uwch Gymrawd Ymchwil yn y Catapult Cymwysiadau Lled-ddargludyddion Cyfansawdd, Casnewydd, y DU, lle mae'n canolbwyntio ar fodelu aflinol dyfeisiau lled-ddargludyddion III-V. Mae ei ddiddordebau ymchwil yn cynnwys dylunio a nodweddu mwyhadur pŵer band eang effeithlon, technegau gwella effeithlonrwydd, ac offeryniaeth ar gyfer cymwysiadau microdon a thonnau mm.
