Biography

Dr Bogusz (Member, IEEE) received MEng and PhD degrees from the School of Engineering at Cardiff University, Wales, UK, in 2012 and 2022, respectively. He works as a Research Associate at the Centre for High Frequency Engineering at Cardiff University. Additionally, he is a Senior Research Fellow at the Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult, Newport, UK, where he focuses on the non-linear modelling of III-V semiconductor devices. His research interests include the design and characterization of efficient broadband power amplifiers, efficiency enhancement techniques, and instrumentation for microwave and mm-wave applications. Dr Bogusz is an active member of the IEEE MTT-S and serves the Microwave High-Power Techniques Committee (TC-12).
