Trosolwyg
Rwy'n Ddarllenydd mewn Addysg yn yr Ysgol Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol. Astudiais yn gyntaf yn yr Ysgol Meistr, TAR a chymwysterau PhD. Roedd fy astudiaeth ddoethurol yn astudiaeth ryngddisgyblaethol o ddiwylliant, creadigrwydd ac addysg mewn adfywio diwylliannol trefol. Fy niddordeb damcaniaethol mewn creadigrwydd mewn amrywiol feysydd polisi yw ffocws fy monograff 2025. Er fy mod yn cadw diddordeb mewn polisi diwylliannol a chreadigrwydd, mae'r prif faes ymchwil ac addysgu yn ymwneud â pholisi addysg ac addysgol. Mae fy ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar amrywiaeth o brosiectau addysgol sy'n ymwneud â: creadigrwydd; dysgu yn yr awyr agored ac Ysgol Goedwig; llwybrau i addysgu; addysg athrawon; arweinyddiaeth broffesiynol; hawliau plant; Chwarae plant. Rwyf wedi bod yn gynrychiolydd Cymreig ar gyngor Cymdeithas Ymchwil Addysg Prydain ac wedi bod yn olygydd y British Educational Research Journal.
