Rwy'n gwasanaethu fel Cyfarwyddwr Clinigol ar gyfer Gwasanaeth Seiciatreg Prifysgol Caerdydd.
Yn 2016, sefydlais raglen glinigol ac ymchwil gyntaf y DU ym maes iechyd meddwl atgenhedlu ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd. Rwy'n arwain y Clinig Iechyd Meddwl Atgenhedlu, gwasanaeth arloesol sy'n darparu asesiad a thriniaeth arbenigol ar gyfer cyflyrau iechyd meddwl sy'n gysylltiedig â chyfnodau bywyd atgenhedlu, gan gynnwys y cylch mislif, beichiogrwydd, genedigaeth, a menopos. Mae'r clinig yn cynnig cwnsela arbenigol cyn beichiogi ac ail farn sy'n seiliedig ar sail rhywedd i fenywod â salwch meddwl difrifol. Mae fy ngwaith wedi hyrwyddo iechyd meddwl menywod yn fyd-eang. Rwy'n darparu arweiniad arbenigol i lywodraethau, cyrff cyhoeddus, a sefydliadau trydydd sector, ac yn gwasanaethu ar Fwrdd Cynghori Clinigol y Gymdeithas Ryngwladol ar gyfer Anhwylderau Premenstrual (IAPMD). Mae fy ymchwil wedi llunio canllawiau clinigol ar gyfer trin menywod ag anhwylder deubegynol ac wedi llywio cydnabyddiaeth seicosis ôl-enedigol fel cyflwr gwahanol.
