Trosolwyg
Mae fy ymchwil yn archwilio'r berthynas rhwng Busnes a Chymdeithas trwy ddatblygu dealltwriaeth feirniadol o lywodraethu, gan gynnwys rôl gweithrediaeth, symudiadau cymdeithasol, elites busnes, a phoboliaeth wrth lunio ein heconomïau a'n cymdeithasau. Drwy archwilio sut mae actorion yn trafod ac yn datblygu cyfundrefnau llywodraethu, fy nod yw deall agweddau trefnu cyfalafiaeth yr 21ain ganrif, gan archwilio cysylltiadau pŵer sy'n arwain at ddiraddiad amgylcheddol ac anghydraddoldebau cymdeithasol. Mae fy ysgoloriaeth yn canolbwyntio ar astudiaethau trefniadaeth a chynaliadwyedd, sy'n arbennig o gysylltiedig ag astudiaethau rheoli critigol, ac mae'n cael ei yrru'n ffenomenolegol, gan archwilio heriau mawr ein cymdeithasau, megis hyrwyddo datblygu cynaliadwy a lliniaru'r argyfwng amgylcheddol.
Mae gennyf PhD mewn Gweinyddiaeth Gyhoeddus a Llywodraeth o FGV-EAESP (Brasil) ac rwyf ar hyn o bryd yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd, Ysgol Fusnes Gwerth Cyhoeddus y Byd gyntaf y byd (ers 2019), gyda'r pwrpas clir o gael effaith gadarnhaol yng Nghymru a'r byd. Cyn hynny roeddwn yn gweithio yn Ysgol Fusnes Prifysgol Caerwysg (2016-2019) a FGV-EAESP (2011-2016).
Ar hyn o bryd rwy'n un o'r 22 ymddiriedolwr rhyngwladol ac aelodau'r Cyngor ar gyfer y Gymdeithas er Hyrwyddo Astudiaethau Rheoli (SAMS, ers 2023). Mae Cyngor SAMS yn darparu llywodraethiant ar gyfer y Journal of Management Studies, yn ogystal â dyrannu cyllid, a chefnogi mewn ystod eang o weithgareddau i gefnogi datblygiad addysg ac ymchwil rheoli. Rwy'n gyd-gadeirydd yr is-adran Astudiaethau Rheoli Critigol (CMS) yn yr Academi Rheolaeth (AoM) ar gyfer y cyfnod 2023-28. Rwyf hefyd yn Olygydd Cyswllt i'r Cadernos Gestão Pública e Cidadania (CGPC) ac yn gyd-olygydd ar gyfer llyfrau MayFly.
