Dr Jane Haider yw Dirprwy Bennaeth (Dysgu ac Addysgu - Ôl-raddedig) yr adran Logisteg a Rheoli Gweithrediadau yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd, ac mae hi hefyd yn Ddarllenydd (Athro Cysylltiol) mewn Logisteg, Trafnidiaeth a Rheoli Gweithrediadau.
Cyn ei swyddi yng Nghaerdydd, fe'i penodwyd yn ddarlithydd gwadd ac yn gynorthwyydd ymchwil yn yr Adran Logisteg ac Astudiaethau Morwrol, Prifysgol Polytechnig Hong Kong, lle dyfarnwyd PhD iddi hefyd mewn Gweinyddu Busnes yn 2010. Mae ganddi Ddiploma Sylfaen mewn Siarteru Cargo Sych o Sefydliad y Broceriaid Llongau Siartredig.
Mae Jane wedi addysgu ar lefel ôl-raddedig ac israddedig ar ystod o bynciau rheoli morwrol a gweithrediadau. Mae hi'n goruchwylio myfyrwyr MSc a PhD yn rheolaidd ym meysydd logisteg trafnidiaeth, economeg llongau, a rheoli gweithrediadau. Mae hi wedi ennill statws Cymrawd yr Academi Addysg Uwch.
Prif ddiddordebau ymchwil Jane yw logisteg trafnidiaeth ac economeg a pholisi llongau. Mae hi wedi cyhoeddi amryw o erthyglau cyfnodolion a adolygwyd gan gymheiriaid ac yn cyflwyno ei gwaith yn rheolaidd mewn cynadleddau logisteg, trafnidiaeth a rheoli gweithrediadau rhyngwladol. Derbyniodd Wobr Eagle am Ysgolhaig Ifanc Eithriadol mewn Ymchwil Forwrol yng nghynhadledd Cymdeithas Ryngwladol yr Economegwyr Morwrol (IAME). Mae hi wedi cyd-olygu Rhifyn Arbennig mewn Ymchwil Trafnidiaeth Rhan D ar "Logistics Trafnidiaeth Gynaliadwy".
